Why is social justice an important issue for today’s organizations?

All organizations, regardless of their industry, size, or purpose, are expected to make a positive impact on the world around them and support justice-oriented social change. It’s a simple fact of our modern society, and organizations that don’t acknowledge that shift in expectations are bound to fail.
