The online Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership degree completion program can teach you the skills to lead with empathy and effect positive change, and is designed for students with an associate’s degree or at least 60 transfer credits. With five concentrations to fit your future, prepare to become a self-sufficient thinker ready to lead in a globally competitive environment.
