Master of Healthcare Administration (MHA)
Designed for current and future leaders in healthcare, the MHA program empowers working adults to lead positive change in organizations, maintain ethical governance, and effectively manage healthcare departments.
MA in Human Resources Management (MHR)
The MHR program prepares human resources professionals and managers in all aspects of people management, from understanding the basic functions of HR to developing important skills for attracting and selecting employees.
MA in Organizational Leadership
Available in five concentrations — Healthcare, Human Resources, Management, Professional Studies, and Sustainability — the MA in Organizational Leadership prepares individuals to lead diverse organizations toward positive change.
The MSL is an interdisciplinary degree that teaches working adults eco-conscious leadership skills. The program explores the impact of organizational decision-making on society, the environment, and the organization at large.
MA in Sustainability Leadership (MSL)
MA in Social Impact (MSI)
A dynamic program that seeks to innovate and diversify the nonprofit and entrepreneurial ecosystem, the MSI prepares mission-driven change-makers through an emphasis on social impact, effective leadership, and sustainability.
MA in Public Administration (MPA)
The MPA program provides working adults with a theoretical understanding of policy and prepares them to develop practical solutions to issues they encounter as professionals. Assignments are tailored to students’ job responsibilities.
