Online Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership — Degree Completion Program

An ideal program for adult learners who want to continue the path toward a bachelor’s degree, the 24-month online bachelor’s in organizational leadership degree completion program prepares you with cutting-edge competencies to effectively lead organizations across industries.

Since this is a bachelor’s completion program, students must have a completed associate degree from an accredited institution or 60 semester credits including required General Education requirements.
